These Terms of Service govern your use of the Scents 101 website and your purchases from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Prices are shown in South African Rand and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via PayFast or PayJustNow, or by manual EFT where offered at checkout. We do not store your card or banking details.

Paying in 2

On eligible orders you can pay with PayFast in two payments: delivery plus R350 per item at checkout, and the rest 30 days later. Choosing this authorises us to charge the second payment to the same card through PayFast, which keeps the card securely on our behalf, and, if that card is declined, to any other card you have saved with us through Pay in 2. If the charge is declined we'll try again daily for up to 14 days, and you can pay the balance yourself at any time from the link in your emails. No interest or fees are added. New Not available for Avon or Justine products.

If you place a new order while a Pay in 2 balance is still outstanding, the payment we receive for the new order is first used to settle that outstanding balance. The new order is then held and not shipped until you pay the amount that went to the outstanding balance; we'll email you a link to do so. Paying in 2 isn't available while a balance is outstanding.

Intellectual property

All text, images, and branding on this site belong to Scents 101 or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law.
