Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase — during that time your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to the courier. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery timeframes

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days depending on your location and courier operations — an estimated total of 3–5 business days from order to delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of R120.00 on all orders within South Africa, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery issues

We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched, but if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at info@scents101.co.za and we'll help track it down.

Important notes

• We can't ship to P.O. Boxes — a physical delivery address is required.
• Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
• We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
