This policy explains what personal information Scents 101 collects when you shop with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We do not collect or store your card or banking details — payments are handled directly by our payment providers (PayFast and PayJustNow). If you choose PayJustNow's pay-in-installments option, they also receive your details directly to assess and process that payment plan.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share order details with our courier (for delivery) and with whichever payment provider you choose at checkout — PayFast or PayJustNow — only to the extent needed to process your payment and fulfil your order.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@scents101.co.za.
